"Great selection and even better staff and support. Went in on a Saturday morning and the place was packed. I was helped quickly and the guys were super helpful and knowledgeable. I made some purchases based on their recommendations and wasn't disappointed. Will be back again soon."

"Better than all the online options! I was recently having a hard time finding several parts for an AR build. Like most people, I first started looking online, and found several "out of stock" options from the common google search vendors. When I finally found what I needed at one of them and added the parts to my cart, I got a popup notice about high order volumes and estimated shipping time was two weeks.I had purchased from T&K in the past, but not for AR parts. When I arrived, I found they not only had the parts I needed, but several options for each, as well as a very helpful person to help me identify EXACTLY what I needed. Lesson learned! When I need something specific, as well as some friendly advice, I will start with T&K Outdoors first!Also, while talking to the folks in the store, they had two relatively hard to find handguns I wanted to see side-by-side. Other stores had one, or the other, but not both. They talked me through the pluses and minuses of each and helped me understand which one best fit my needs. Looks like I'll be buying myself an early Christmas present next week. Thank you T&K Outdoors."

"Great selection is overshadowed by an extremely off-base salesperson.Due to googles policies for no names, a certain staunch salesperson (and I know that anyone that reads this review that is concerned about it will know exactly who I am talking about as this person is surely bringing in many complaints) is arrogant, thinks they know more about what you need than yourself (which is fine if what they were talking about made any sense at all Hint: keep them away from the scope desk) , and has a chip on their shoulder larger than their belly. I will always take my money down the road when I am met by someone that makes me think they are deficient in customer service, even if I end up paying 10-50 more dollars for a product that is in the thousands of dollar range. Customer service is my number 1 priority in a firearms store and T & K misses the mark with this with a specific sales associate. I have come in 3 times, and 2 of the 3 times I have dealt with this associate and as a result T & K has missed out on a sale. The third time I came in I was working with another associate that was adequate, and is the saving grace of this review, along side T & Ks excellent selection of fire arms and ammo, which shouldn't be understated.But 3 stars off for 66% of my experiences leaving a bad taste in my mouth with nothing to show for it."
